FREEZE DRYERS

The freeze dryer systems consists in frozen the feed o the pharmaceutical product, once are frozen the product are introduced in a vacuum environment for evaporate the water by sublimation (pass from the solid state to the gas state without pass for the liquid state) this process guarantee the elimination of the humidity in the product, keep saving the quality of the product during the time.
Freeze dryers are compact made, watertight in the clean area and easy to access to the mechanical elements in the technical zone.

Unit components:

-Chamber made of stainless steel.
-Watertight door in steel.
-Trays of products made of stainless steel.
-Vertical or horizontal condensator made of stainless steel.
-Union chamber-condensator through watertight valve of big diameter.
-Unit compressor hermetically sealed, semi-hermetically sealed or screw compressor, depend the power.
-Ecological refrigerant R-507.
-Vacuum pumps rotative or roots.
